My name is Susan Sutherland. I live in Pencaitland, and I will walk dogs based in the west side of East Lothian, Monday 9am to Friday 5pm.

My ethos is to allow the dogs a healthy, fun, safe, energetic outing. To this end, the walks are of around 2 hours' duration. The dogs are usually walked in a group of up to 6, this often includes my own dogs! There are 2 such sessions daily, morning or afternoon.

I pick up each group in the Tramps Land Rover. The walks in East Lothian never lose their appeal. I have established a great variety of walks, which are all off road / off lead, and the dogs and I enjoy the diversity of woodland, riverside, moor, and coast. The length of walk provided gives your dog either most of the morning or of the afternoon on an outing, and ensures they have had the correct amount of exercise, company, and fun. Of course, puppies and the elderly have to be given special consideration, as 2 hours would be excessive.

The price of each walk is £12.00 per dog. This includes pick up / set down, drying (they WILL get wet/muddy!), treats as appropriate, attending to water needs, settling back in the home and securing the home. There is a 10% discount if all 5 days in the week are booked; there is a 50% discount for the second and subsequent dogs if a household has more than one dog. I believe in a quality, value for money rather than cut-price service. At the end of the day, you will notice that your dog is tired and content - try it and see!
